There are some key questions that must be asked of teachers on a regular basis, but be careful--there is a fine line between friendly questioning and The Spanish Inquisition.

• How are things going in your classroom?
• Do you have all the materials you need to get the job done?
• Are all the children in your class experiencing success?
• Do you have any serious behavior problems that concern you?
• What's your best success story so far?
• What has you most frustrated about your class(es) this year?
